The goods remain the property of On-line Plastics until all monies owing to On-line Plastics are paid.
Refunds:
On-line Plastics will accept product returns and issue full refund of goods*
if;
The product is faulty,
The product does not match the description advertised on the On-line Plastics website.
No refunds will be given for purchases that fall under the 'incorrect choice' or 'change of mind' category however a Store Credit or Exchange will be available.
*Full refund is of goods only and does not include original freight charge nor does it cover the cost of returning goods (see below).
Cost of Return Freight for Warranty or Exchange:
If incorrect item is posted to the customer at the fault of On-line Plastics, return freight of the incorrect item will be paid at the cost of On-line Plastics and replacement will be returned to the customer at the cost of On-line Plastics.
If item delivered to the customer is faulty or does not do what it is intended return freight is the responsibility of the purchaser.
If item delivered to the customer falls under the 'incorrect choice' or 'change of mind' category the return freight is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Damage in Transit/Lost Parcel: On-line Plastics will not be held responsible for parcels/products that become lost or damaged during transit, However On-line Plastics will ensure parcels are wrapped adequately prior to releasing goods and will endeavour to resolve the issue of a lost parcel.
Prices:
Prices are as quoted. G.S.T.: A 10% GST is applicable if purchased in Australia.
Disputes:
If for any reason an account is disputed, any undisputed payments should be made within the specified time, and full details of the dispute sent to On-line Plastics.
